(3) other wastewater, including washing water for workshop floor and electrode plate, condensate water for ventilation equipment, all kinds of tank liquid and drainage due to the overflow or leakage in the transition stage of the production process,or improper operation ;

(4) equipment cooling water, cooling water in the use process, except for the temperature rise, is not polluted.

The quality and quantity of electroplating wastewater are related to the product process conditions, production load, operation management and water use mode. The quality of electroplating wastewater is complex and the composition is not easy to control, including chromium, cadmium, nickel, copper, zinc, gold, silver and other heavy metal ions and cyanide, some of which are carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic toxic substances.

Characteristic:

Large water volume, high content of heavy metals and high toxicity.

For the environment:

Heavy metal ions and cyanide, some of which are carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic, have a great impact on the environment if they are not properly treated.

Technical process

When the waste liquid enters the low-temperature evaporator after passing through the pre filtered pH regulating device and evaporates under the condition of vacuum and low temperature, the water vapor condenses in the process of vacuumizing to form distilled water, which is collected into the clean water barrel; the remaining residue in the distillation kettle is collected into the barrel for further treatment. It can greatly reduce or even remove the harmful chemicals and heavy metals contained in the waste liquid. The evaporation rate of the equipment can reach more than 60%. Through the pretreatment and post-treatment process, the effluent water quality is clear and transparent, and the biochemical property of wastewater quality is realized.
